To request data deletion or export, please contact us directly via email. We'll process your request within 30 days.

Please include in your email:

  • Your email address associated with the account
  • Specific type of data you want to delete or export
  • Reason for the request (optional)
  • Any specific concerns about your data

Important: No User Data Stored

We want to clarify that we do not store any personal user data in our database. Our app processes data in real-time for AI analysis but does not permanently store:

  • Personal conversations or messages
  • Uploaded screenshots or images
  • User preferences or settings
  • Profile information or personal details
  • Usage analytics or interaction data

All data processing is done temporarily and automatically deleted after analysis. Your privacy is our priority.

  • Deleted data cannot be recovered. Make sure to export any important information before deletion.
  • Data deletion may take up to 24 hours to complete across all systems.
  • Some data may be retained for legal compliance or security purposes as required by law.
