Delete Account / Data Request

How Rizzify Works

Rizzify does not require a traditional user account with profile credentials in order to use the app. Most app state is tied to your device, local storage, and app store subscription status.

What You Can Request

  • Deletion review for support emails or request records you previously sent us
  • Deletion review for server-side content associated with your request, if any exists
  • Clarification about what data is stored locally on your device versus on our services

Data Stored on Your Device

Some app information is stored locally on your device for product operation, including:

  • AI consent state
  • Free usage counters
  • App preferences and recent local state

Removing the app from your device clears locally stored app data subject to your device and platform behavior.

Subscriptions

If you purchased a subscription, cancellation must be managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions are not cancelled by emailing support.

  • Any support email thread or screenshots that help identify the request
  • A short description of what you want deleted or clarified
