These Terms apply to the mobile app, this website, and related support pages.

2. Service Description

Rizzify is an AI-powered messaging assistant that helps users generate suggestions, replies, refinements, and context-aware responses.

• Text-based generation from prompts and conversation context
• Screenshot-based context analysis when you choose to upload images
• Subscription-based access to paid features

3. Eligibility and Responsible Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rizzify. You are responsible for how you use the content generated by the service.

• Do not use the service for harassment, hate speech, threats, fraud, or unlawful conduct
• Do not use the service to impersonate others or deceive people
• Do not submit content that you do not have the right to share
• Do not attempt to abuse, probe, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service

4. User-Provided Content

You retain ownership of the text, screenshots, and instructions you choose to submit.

By using AI features, you authorize Rizzify to process that content as needed to provide the requested suggestion or analysis. This involves the Rizzify backend and OpenAI for AI processing.

5. Permissions and Consent

Certain features require access only when you decide to use them.

• Photo library access is requested only if you choose to upload screenshots
• Network access is required to contact our backend and subscription providers
• AI-related data transfer occurs only after the in-app disclosure and consent flow is accepted

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Rizzify offers free and paid access tiers. Subscription products, billing periods, and pricing are shown in the app and processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the platform where the purchase was made. RevenueCat may be used to manage entitlement status and restore flows.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

AI-generated suggestions are provided for assistance only. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, appropriate for every situation, or effective for any specific result.

You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any suggestion.

8. Intellectual Property and Branding

The service, website, branding, and related materials are owned by their respective owners and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Rizzify is the product name used within the app and website. You may not copy branding or use it to imply endorsement, affiliation, or ownership without permission.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe the service is being abused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that threatens the product, other users, or third parties.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service or from reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
