Rizzify is designed to process only the content needed to generate suggestions, analyze screenshot context, manage subscriptions, and keep the service reliable.
2. Information We Handle
We handle only the information required to operate the product features you choose to use.
- User-provided content: text, conversation context, prompts, and instructions you type into the app
- Uploaded screenshots: images you choose to upload so the app can analyze context and generate suggestions
- Anonymous device identifiers: identifiers and request metadata used for usage tracking, abuse prevention, and reliability
- Subscription state: offering, entitlement, and restore information returned by the app store and RevenueCat
- Operational diagnostics: request timestamps, status codes, and limited error information used to investigate service issues
3. How Information Is Collected
Information is collected directly from your actions in the product.
- You type text or instructions into the app
- You choose screenshots from your device photo library
- You start a purchase or restore flow through Apple, Google, and RevenueCat
- The app stores local preferences such as consent state and free-usage counters on your device
We do not scrape external accounts or collect conversation content unless you choose to enter or upload it.
4. How We Use Information
- Generate AI suggestions, openers, replies, and refinements
- Analyze screenshots you upload to extract conversation context
- Enforce free usage limits and paid subscription access
- Detect abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve service reliability
- Respond to support, privacy, or deletion requests you send us
5. AI Processing and Third Parties
When you use AI features, Rizzify sends only the content that you choose to provide to our backend. Our backend uses OpenAI to analyze context and generate responses for the feature you requested.
- Content is sent only after you accept the in-app disclosure and consent flow
- Content may include text, screenshots, and instructions that you choose to provide
- That content is processed through OpenAI only to deliver the requested AI feature
- We use this processing to deliver the feature you requested
- We do not claim ownership over your submitted content
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Rizzify uses RevenueCat to manage product offerings, entitlement status, and restore flows.
Payment card details are not stored directly by Rizzify.
7. Local Storage and Retention
Some information is stored locally on your device for app operation, such as free-usage counters, app preferences, and AI consent state.
Server-side information is retained only as needed to operate the service, investigate reliability or abuse issues, comply with legal obligations, and respond to requests you send us.
8. Permissions
The app may ask for limited device access when needed for a feature you choose to use.
- Photo library access: used only when you choose to upload screenshots
- Network access: required to communicate with our backend and subscription providers
9. Your Choices
- You can decide whether to type text or upload screenshots
- You can revoke AI consent inside the app, which prevents future AI-related transfers until you approve again
- You can manage photo library permission from your device settings
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play
10. Children's Privacy
Rizzify is not intended for children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information through the service, contact us and we will review the request.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected on this page and in the app where appropriate.
